Ed is the founder and president of Ramsey & Associates, CPA, PC, a CPA and financial consulting firm with offices in Greenbelt, Maryland and McLean, Virginia.

Ed has over 32 years experience in accounting, tax and consulting, and has advised hundreds of physicians and dentists on a wide range of personal finance and practice management issues - including, practice buy/sell and association agreements, practice evaluations, overhead analysis, choice of entity, practice start-up planning and implementation, and billing and accounts receivable/reimbursement issues.

As a CPA and financial planner, Ed has an extensive background in all aspects of accounting, financial planning, retirement planning, business and personal income Tax planning and preparation.

Ed has been a speaker to organizations of physicians and has held educational seminars for medical residents and fellows on various topics relating to the business aspects of healthcare practices.
