Ed Ramsey is the founder and president of Ramsey & Associates, a CPA and consulting firm serving medical and dental clients in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan and Northern Virginia areas, and other states.

Ed has over 30 years of experience in accounting, tax and consulting services, and has advised hundreds of physicians and dentists on a wide range of taxes, personal finance and practice management issues including, practice buy/sell and association agreements, practice assessment, overhead analysis, choice of entity, practice start-up planning/implementation, billing and accounts receivable/reimbursement issues and more.

Ed has been a speaker to organizations of physicians and dentists and has held educational seminars on various topics relating to the business facets of medicine and dentistry.
